No smoking, no pets. Check-in 4:00pm, check-out 10:00am. $300 refundable deposit, plus 50% of rental amount due at the time of reservation. When deposit is received, we will send confirmation of reservation. Remainder of balance is due 30 days prior to arrival, following which, we will provide information on how to obtain keys to the premises. Any damages/losses beyond typical wear & tear will be deducted from deposit. If no damages/losses occur during your stay, deposit will be refunded when keys returned and house is confirmed to be left in good condition. A cleaning fee of $75/week or less applies for 1-5 guests, or $100/week or less for 6-9 guests. Guests are responsible for cleaning dishes/kitchen items used. If kitchen items require cleaning after guest visits, an excessive cleaning fee may be deducted from deposit. Cancellations 90-days prior to arrival will receive full refund less $50 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival receive this refund if the same dates are rebooked. If the dates are not rebooked, 50% of rental rate plus any deposit and cleaning fees paid will be refunded, less the $50 administrative fee. Rates are subject to change until confirmed.
