Location

Pagosa Springs is in the San Juan Mountains of southwest Colorado.

Our home sits directly across the street from Lake Forest, in the Pagosa Lakes district of "uptown" Pagosa Springs.  It is close to groceries, restaurants, hiking/biking trails, fishing, and golf, and is a few miles from downtown Pagosa Springs.  It is only ~25 miles from Wolf Creek Ski Reort.

Driving in from West (from Durango Airport)

• Drive NORTHEAST on AIRPORT RD toward CR-309, 0.3 miles
• Turn LEFT onto AIRPORT ROAD/CR-309, 0.8 miles
• Turn LEFT onto CO-172, 5.6 miles
• Turn RIGHT onto US-160 EAST, 46.8 miles
• Turn LEFT onto N PAGOSA BLVD. (first signal in town),  0.9 miles
• Turn LEFT onto LAKE FOREST (watch closely, easy to pass it!), 0.7 miles.  (Note:  Lake Forest is a big loop, so if you go more than a mile on N Pagosa Blvd, you may see it again, and the directions may become confusing...best to go back to the first Lake Forest turn.)
• Turn RIGHT onto BEAVER CIR., go ~100 feet.  Important:  Beaver Circle is also a loop, from this direction, you will be turning onto Beaver Circle the 2nd time you encounter it on the right!
• 25 BEAVER CIRCLE is the first house on right.

Driving in from Northeast (from Denver Int'l Airport)

• Drive NORTH on PENA BLVD toward Shady Grove Street, 2.5 miles
• Take a SLIGHT RIGHT to stay on PENA BLVD (sings for rental car return/I-70/Airport exit), 9.5 miles
• Take the exit onto I-70 W, 24.7 miles
• Take exit 260 to merge onto CO-470 E toward Colorado Springs, 5.7 miles
• Take the exit onto US-285 S toward Fairplay, 102 miles
• Turn LEFT at US-285, 21.1 miles
• Turn LEFT at US-285/US-50, 40.5 miles
• Turn LEFT at 8TH ST/US-285, 23.6 miles
• Turn RIGHT at CO-112, 13.1 miles
• Turn RIGHT at GRAND/GRANDE AVE/US-160, 62.7 miles
• Turn RIGHT at N PAGOSA BLVD, 0.9 miles
•  Turn LEFT onto LAKE FOREST (watch closely, easy to pass it!), 0.7 miles.  (Note:  Lake Forest is a big loop, so if you go more than a mile on N Pagosa Blvd, you may see it again, and the directions may become confusing...best to go back to the first Lake Forest turn.)

Driving in from South (From Albuquerque Airport)

• Drive NORTH on I-25, 17.1 miles
• Take exit 242 for NM-165 E/NM-44 toward Placitas/Rio Rancho, 0.3 miles
• Turn LEFT at NM-165 S/NM-44 W/US-550 N, 85.5 miles
• Turn RIGHT at NM-537, 55.6 miles
• Turn RIGHT at US-64, 24.0 miles
• Turn LEFT at US-64/US-84, 34.2 miles
• Turn LEFT at US-160 5.3 miles
• Turn RIGHT at N PAGOSA BLVD (signal), 0.9 miles
• Turn LEFT onto LAKE FOREST (watch closely, easy to pass it!), 0.7 miles.  (Note:  Lake Forest is a big loop, so if you go more than a mile on N Pagosa Blvd, you may see it again, and the directions may become confusing...best to go back to the first Lake Forest turn.)
